Send an email to market@emeraldcoastyoga.org with the following information:
- Your Name
- Your business name and a short description of what you will be selling. *Please note that we are not currently accepting applications or vendors offering products through multi-level marketing companies
- Your social media pages. We would love to tag your business in our advertising posts!
- Table size preferred. Tables and tablecloths are provided. 4ft table vending fee = $25 6ft table vending fee $35 (limited quantities of each!)
** IMPORTANT INFORMATION : Once your application has been reviewed, we will reach out via email. Vending Fees are DUE UPON APPROVAL - your space is not reserved until payment is made.**
Additional Information/Terms
Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued if vendors cancel. Instead, you will be given the option to vend at a later market. Please let us know via email ASAP if you will no longer be able to attend a market.
Set up: Set up begins up to one hour before the market start time. Vendors are responsible for their set up, and must provide all displays aside from provided tables and tablecloths.
Advertising: Emerald Coast Yoga & Expressive Arts will be sharing market info via socials, email, and on air! However, all vendors are expected to share and encourage market attendance. We all work together to bring in a crowd!
